Fall Burgundy + Navy Ethereal Gardens Wedding

Cassidy and Wesley are “just your average goofballs that fluctuate from 80 year olds into 2 year olds at the flip of a switch.” When they inquired with me starting with that line, I instantly KNEW we were gonna be best friends.

As we hung out before their wedding, on phone calls, during their engagement session, and at their wedding, we just clicked. We have so much fun laughing together at all times! My favorite types of couples are the ones who live life with joy. These two definitely do that. In the words of Cass,

“We find ourselves highly entertaining, with endless amounts of teasing. We were looking for someone to capture our wedding day to help preserve all the memories of the day we’ve been dreaming of since we met.”

The fact they have been dreaming of this day since they met blows my mind! It was an honor to see it come to fruition and be able to hang out with them all day, capturing their love in a way that is true to them!

Every minute of their wedding day was filled with laughter and them bantering together. It was truly like heaven for a day! No COVID could keep them down.

More about them:

Cass went to Trinity (same college as my old roommate) and is now a nurse at a rehab center for geriatrics, while Wesley is an engineer. Her mom owns a bakery and baked the stunning cake at their wedding. They both love Jesus and represent Him so well. His light truly shines through them.

They met just over 2 years ago at her mom’s bakery and then at church group! It seemed they had mutual connections everywhere. Then Wesley proposed at the Japanese Friendship Gardens at Balboa Park a year into dating! When you know, you know. These two are so meant to be, and I truly can’t wait to watch their love grow!
