Kimy and Zane are one of the most genuine couples I know. They are both full of life, joy, and an almost innocent kindness. They really showed me the spirit of Aloha when I photographed their post-wedding photos. They got married in the midst of Covid and didn’t have the chance to take any elopement photos. So we ended up doing basically that! But near their 1 year anniversary.
These two are so inspiring. They’re both Maui natives who grew up on island time. Now, they share their days running a surf/watersports school & eco-educational retreat. You can tell they are both born to be great, and they live with such down to earth-ness that you know they’re gonna take on the world together. Zane is a world class surfer, speaker, and author, and Kimmy is a model and business woman. You can check out Zane here and their surf camp here. It was the biggest pleasure to photograph their love. These two deserve the world. And I’m leaving Maui with a full heart knowing I have a friend in these two.
