…how can I describe this Las Vegas elopement?

Epic, edgy, rebellious, wild, skater, goth, nontraditional?

I guess just like that lol!

All the details of this elopement shoot were top notch epic. The dark blacks and reds mixed with the bright whites made everything pop and really give off an edgy and rebellious look. From the cake to the table displays, everything was stunning. I adored trying out a different style from my usual (which is more lighthearted and fun) to this dramatic and sexy style. It was fun getting to be creative with it!

I started off by capturing all the details, and then I hung out with the couple for some awesome photos that reflected their personalities.

That’s what I’m truly all about… capturing the REAL relationship of a couple. Most of the couples I attract are goofy and fun, but I love it equally as much when a more dramatic and serious couple books me too. It’s super fun getting to figure them out and bring out the genuineness of their love. It’s like a fun mystery game for me. Once I vibe with a couple and get them out of their shells, their relationship starts to shine and thrive. Then it’s like I’m not even there! They’re being themselves, and I’m just a third wheel on their date or something. And that’s the absolute best.

After we took some shots with their set ups and the venue itself (outdoor cuz of COVID), he brought out his skateboard and they cracked open some cold beers. I love it when couples bring something really unique to their wedding, elopement, or shoot, because sometimes props can actually show even more into your relationship.

We had fun with those photos by the graffiti wall outside the venue, and then down came the Vegas sun.

At the end of the day, Ashley headed over to her favorite Vegas tattoo shop to get some brand new ink! She chose a brush hand-lettered "Beautiful Mess” on her leg. The perfect end for an epic day!
