I met Brooke in high school when she was in theatre/drama club and I was in yearbook (both were in the same room at the same time). When she graduated and went to Cal Lutheran college for Theater costume design,
This is Sarah’s family’s Thanksgiving destination. Her family lives in Borrego Springs, so she adopted Brooke to come with them every year for a pie picnic at sunset after Thanksgiving dinner. A pretty unconventional and cool family tradition, right?!
That’s why when Sarah suggested we take photos there, I was ALL OVER IT. I’m a big proponer of taking photos in places that mean a lot to you, or at least doing what you can to make it fun and you.
And the moon really came thru for us by providing a gorgeous element to their photos, really making it romantic!
My team is gonna shoot their wedding, and I can’t wait to gush over those photos too! Also, they’re doing a taco bar and dueling desserts for their reception— YUM!
