Setting Sail from Shelter Island

We met at Shelter Island Harbor, where our captain from Sail San Diego welcomed us aboard. The weather couldn’t have been better—San Diego delivered one of its signature, breathtaking sunsets. It felt like a date night for Lexi and Ryan, with just me tagging along (best third wheel duty ever!).

The boat rocked gently as we sailed past the skyline, the salty breeze making everything feel laid-back and intimate.
