Horseshoe Bend, or studying for finals?
Definitely Horseshoe Bend.
This Monday I ditched studying for staying up for almost 32 hours straight so I could accompany some incredible photog friends to an adventure. Was it a good idea? Heck no. Was it worth every second? Abso-freaking-lutely.
After paying $5.54 for gas and driving through the middle of nowhere, we hop out to the most breathtaking location: Horseshoe Bend, Arizona. I almost peed my pants with excitement.
We pulled up to a Walmart to real quick buy a new beanie (it was coooolllddd for this Californian). Then, we met Ted + Alexis at the bend. I was honestly so impressed by Alexis’ willingness to wear a sleeveless dress on such a chilly December sunset.
This was one of the most fun sessions I’ve ever shot, and it’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. In the midst of stresses and doubt in myself, I am reassured by amazing times with amazing people, capturing creation’s insane beauty. Ok, enough with me talking. Look below and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.
Second shooting for the incredibly talented Beba Vowels, with other friends tagging along Lzgphotography and Cori Taylor Photo.
