Amanda + Anthony are Vegas locals (they’ve lived here for a while now and just bought a house!) and they just got engaged! They’re getting married next year at their destination wedding in Mexico! Talk about a dream wedding!
For their engagement photos with me, they wanted to get the two vibes of Vegas — the neon signs/classic casino lights and a beautiful desert-scape. I think we nailed it!
First we started off just north of Las Vegas out in the desert. It was a chilly fall day, so they wore super cute and cozy sweaters! The light was perfect and we had the whole place to ourselves. Then, we headed back to the city center, just north of the Strip to take photos at the famous Neon Museum!
The Neon Museum is a curation of vintage neon signs once used by the casinos, chapels, and across Vegas! It’s a super unique place to take photos and it’s one of my favorite spots in LV! I think it’s a lot more classy than the Strip or Fremont street, plus you kinda get the place to yourself, as they only allow photographers and their clients in! It’s a really fun experience you only get in Las Vegas!
We had a blast and I loved getting to know these two.
Start off in the desert. We started near the Nellis sand dunes 1.5 hours before sunset, shooting for 30 mins!
Then we drove 20 mins to the Neon Museum. Make sure you get a permit beforehand! They have specific policies and dates/timed reservations for photo shoots.
Shoot 30 mins at the Neon museum!
I’m Bree, a SoCal and Las Vegas-based wedding & couples photographer. I think taking photos should be comfortable and FUN. Enjoying every minute making memories and getting to relive them through the photos forever. I’d love to get to know you!
