Since I did an insider tips blog on my wedding venue, Green Gables, I wanted to ask the coordination team there about their insider tips for couples!

Kindly request that your officiant exit the frame during your first kiss as a married couple.

There’s nothing more special than someone who truly knows you helping you seal your marriage! After the "You may now kiss the bride/groom" prompt, it’s not uncommon for officiants to linger in the center of the shot, right between you & yours sealing your first kiss as a married couple. Remind your officiant to exit the frame right after their kissing prompt to let your photographer capture your perfect first kiss photo. You can even practice this with your officiant the day prior to your wedding at your rehearsal!” - Trademark Team

Ask a friend or family member to record toasts & more

I’d also add that it’s a good idea to hire a photographer that also gives sneak peeks, which means you’ll get a few photos edited almost immediately so you have something to cherish, look at, and post right after your wedding!
And when you have a guest record the speeches, etc., just make sure they know to stand behind the tables so they don’t get in the videographer and photographer’s shot!
