These are 100% my kind of people!!! Caleb + Madelyn run a blog and live in their old school Japanese van. That’s right: they’ve been traveling full time and working out of coffee shops and national parks for the last 7 months. And they doesn’t show signs of stopping.

Carefree, boho, colorful, adventure-obsessed couples like them make my heart sing!!! It’s like a match made in heaven. Plus, can we talk about that van color?!!! SWOONING.

My favorite colors are yellow, peach/salmon, and blue. Turns out it’s the same with these two. I’m such a sucker for a good color palette.

AND they brought their cat! They call her their “adventure cat” and she is totally content living and driving all over the US with them. They started their journey in Texas, where they are from. Since then, they’ve been all over the midwest, PNW, and are wanting to go to Utah in the next few weeks.

However, Caleb can’t get himself to get away from this beach culture! He fell in love with the locals in Orange County and San Diego; he has even taken up surfing. Rightfully so! Hence why I haven’t left this city I call home! Now they’re in Joshua tree, one of my favorite places to take pictures at down here.

It’s my dream to live in a tricked out school bus or something similar like them! Just for a year or so. It would be perfect because I can drive to wherever I need to be for photo shoots and take my sweet time getting there. Perks of working from home! I’ll just need a REALLY good wifi router and I’ll have to bring a bunch of hard drives with me… and clothes… and all 20 of my houseplants… okay now you see why I haven’t made this dream a reality lol!

And if you’re an adventurer like me, let’s get chat sometime. People like you are my favorite!
