Ok not gonna lie… I totally had a fangirl moment at this photo shoot!!!
I have been following Michael on Instagram for YEARS. Like, we’re talking since the beginning of my photography journey. Him and Cally are such talented creatives. I can’t believe I not only got to meet them, but ALSO photograph them!!! Low key dream come true, is that weird haha?!
Turns out, they are both some of the sweetest, most calming spirits. The kind of people that put your soul at rest. Such gems of humans! We bonded over our respective Iceland adventures, wedding stories, and the beauty of the world. They got married 2 years ago and they live in Utah together with their doggo, Kodak Blue. They met after their LDS mission trips and spend their lives traveling around the world on brand deals and destination weddings. It was so fun getting to know them! After their session, we all hung out (with some other new industry friends too!) in the jacuzzi talking about life & travels.
I’ll treasure this session as one of my favorites EVER! And we did it in only 20 mins ;) The movement and sun-soaked goodness made for the most swoon-worthy photos. Brb as I drool over these!
