Lauren is a Point Loma Nazarene University senior. She is currently a pre-med student accepted to Loma Linda medical school in Loma Linda, California. She’s following in her family‘s footsteps with her career! She has a brother that is currently at the same med school she is going to in the fall, and her parents are both physicians! It will be so nice for her to have the family support she needs while she studies in the next four years. Way to stay in the family business! It’s so exciting to see her accomplishments be celebrated right before she takes this New step into her future. She has worked so hard at PLNU in undergrad and I’m so excited to see where life takes her after this.
Lauren reached out to me after I did her friend’s senior grad pictures, and I was so excited to capture this celebratory moment with her as well. We had a blast the entire time! We started at the Greek amphitheater on campus, which is one of the most iconic landmarks at PLNU. Then we went over to the science buildings to capture her with the beautiful architecture and to show off where she has studied these past four years.
Finally, my favorite part! We walked down to Sunset Cliffs right in the backyard of point Loma campus. It is super iconic and meaningful for all the students at PLNU. It was one of my favorite places to be when I was a student there just a few years ago! We went down to the secret spot by the Cliffs and the secret beach that only point Loma students know about to capture more pictures.
We had a great time laughing, listening to music, and having a carefree time. She took my direction very well and she made it look super natural and easy in front of the camera!
