Tropical, Polynesian-inspired vibes brought this bride’s vision to life! 🌺🌴🐠🍹🍍🏝️

Kirstin + Jeremy’s day was full of intentional and cultural moments. Every piece of their day was tailored to what they love and their unique relationship! I loved that they made it so “them”!!! There were a LOT of intentional details… I’ll share just a few below!!

• Kirstin danced surprise hulas with her Polynesian dance sisters (I was completely mesmerized)
• ube ice cream 🍦 (my freaking favorite) and lumpia!!! You knowwww I had to partake 😜
• our groom is a big car guy, so duh… we had to have a classic Porsche getaway car 🚗
• They hired the same harpist that played at her parent’s wedding ceremony!
• Kirstin’s hula teacher did call outs on the dance floor to spice up modern songs 💃
• lei gifting ceremony for the family and groomsmen

… there were sooooo many more. It was so fun to photograph (and so good to eat all the food 😆)

I was obsessed with her wedding details and invitation suite!

The bride and her girls in matching tropical foliage pjs the morning of her wedding. This is on-site at Botanica at the bride’s getting ready suite!

Their warm color palette bridesmaid dresses and tropical bouquet was the perfect compliment to their outdoorsy venue! It really felt like we were in Hawaii. Can you believe this is San Diego?!

Jeremy is a car guy, so of course we had to capture them with their getaway car (in bridal white)!

We had to get a photo with the same harpist that played at her parent’s wedding 30 years ago!

A celebratory conclusion to Kristin and Jeremy’s tropical and vibrant outdoor wedding ceremony in SoCal!

Surprise hula dance choreographed by the bride and her dance team, who were all present at the wedding! They spent months practicing to create the perfect flash mob! The groom was shocked!

The bride and groom also choreographed their own romantic first dance together!

Ube ice cream by Stella Jean’s , a small-batch local San Diegan ice cream shop! It was sooo delicious!

Ube ice cream and Mochinut paired with lumpia = an elite combo.
