From beignets, to jazz band parades, partying on a rooftop on Bourbon street, to a ceremony near the bayou, cajun food, and fireworks… you really can’t get any more New Orleans than this!!!

The blown sand made it feel like the Arabian desert and the wind added to the drama. It created a hazy and soft effect that made it even better than we could’ve anticipated.
Drink a beer. Catch a golden sunset. Start a campfire. Get the dress dirty. Ride a sandrail. Forget your bouquet (oops). Cry at the ceremony. Sleep in an RV.
This shoot was everything I’m obsessed with! Beautiful, fluffy gown that you can run around in and feel like a true #cottagecore sister, plus all the colors of the desert, and boho EVERYTHING! And sparkles… who doesn’t love sparkles.
After leaving San Diego at 7am, Aaron, Tessera, and I spent the next two hours fangirling about the Marvel universe and talking about how you really can’t compare Christmas to the 4th of July (apparently we have a lot of opinions on those topics).
